Castle Hill, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Silver Jetty liaised with two landowners and assisted them to collaborate and jointly promote circa 320 acres of land at Castle Hill adjacent to the A21 motorway in Capel and near Pembury and Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

In conjunction with U and I Rengen and a full team of landscape and Transport consultants,  Silver Jetty was responsible for the master plan concept at Castle Hill and for planning over 550 homes, 40,000 sqft of Care Home, a secondary school and 30,000 sqft of commercial and retail space. This site will form part of the Tunbridge Wells Local Plan and is ongoing.
