Silver Jetty is an award winning design practice that was formed in 2016 by Julian Amos and financial partner Peter Gbedemah to provide planning, architecture and interior design services to a wide range of private and corporate clients with residential, commercial, corporate and education based projects to undertake.
Our approach is to combine our planning and design skills with a highly professional and collaborative working ethos, to achieve the highest quality buildings and spaces for our clients to live and work in.
Peter is a highly successful high net worth individual who has grown and sold his businesses very successfully over the last 15 years. He has worked with Julian continuously since 2016 and collaborates with Julian and Silver Jetty on development projects together, as suitable opportunities to invest in property arise.
Julian has over 35 years of experience delivering creative design solutions for the residential, corporate, education, leisure and commercial sectors.
Through an extensive 20 year career as Managing Director of The Amos Partnership to the current day as Managing Director of Silver Jetty, Julian has developed a wealth of knowledge that includes the complexities of achieving successful planning permissions, design in conservation areas and the optimisation of space through smart interior architecture.
The creative abilities of Silver Jetty are underpinned by years of experience designing and detailing projects to fixed budgets and having a respect for a clients purse.
Design Awards in the residential, leisure and education sectors have been prevalent throughout Julian,s career and his enthusiasm for design and the successful execution of building solutions for his clients remains as strong as ever. He is both professional and personable and he firmly believes that a positive working team ethic among all of the consultants, the contractor and client is the essence of a successful project which makes the challenges of a project enjoyable and satisfying to deliver against.
