We act on behalf of developers, building owners, potential building occupiers and land owners to establish the full potential of a building or site in terms of suitability for the proposed purpose, density, scale, bulk and massing prior to purchase. We work closely with co-consultants in order to provide clients with a full and robust appraisal that includes space plans, logistics, scale concept drawings and costs.
Architecture and Planning
We have a first class track record in achieving successful planning permissions for a wide range of projects including high density residential and mixed sue schemes, private homes, corporate offices, commercial and educational buildings. We have experience of working on very sensitive listed buildings, in conservation areas and we thrive on challenging sites where we use our creative strength to respond positively to the site constraints.
In addition to our use of freehand colour visuals and plans where a soft planning approach deserves it, we use state of the art computer aided design and 3-D technology to model our schemes as a design tool rather than purely for final visuals. Upon design sign off we then use the model to create our own in house photo realistic visuals for planning and marketing purposes.
Interior Design and Space Planning
The phases of interior design commence with a full building and spacial analysis together with the formation of a clear and concise client brief. We then review the opportunities for exciting interior architecture to be deployed to either transform an existing space or to create a new one. Exciting space can be inexpensive and is the canvas for a successful fit out where a client,s brand or personal taste can be layered onto the final design.
We undertake full space analysis for commercial clients together with internal master planning, space stacking, logistics plans and floor plans using the client,s corporate systems. We produce high resolution interior visuals of key areas in order to present the proposed space and finishes in the most reliable and realistic medium available to designers.
Construction Packages and Fine Interior Detailing
We place tremendous focus and emphasis on the quality of our construction detailing for all of our projects. It is essential to project the clear design intent and quality of the design proposals through carefully co-ordinated working drawings and specifications prior to contract. We frequently act as lead consultant and work closely and proactively with the consultant team to ensure that the design detail is executed in the most co-ordinated and efficient manner to meet budget targets and the optimum building efficiencies in terms of energy and sustainability.

Silver Jetty acts for private property investors and joint venture land or building owners, to extract value through intelligent, well presented and thorough planning processes, through to the complete detailed design and construction process to completion.
