Farm conversion in Green Belt to 9 dwellings

Silver Jetty has gained full planning permission within the Green Belt for the restoration and conversion of an existing but disused farm complex into 9 residential dwellings. The scheme includes a Dutch Barn conversion, a Diary block, several Stable blocks and an Oast House.

The consent was achieved with two Pre Apps and close consultation with the LPA and consultant team.
