The owner of this 2700sq ft house with extensive gardens has commissioned us to obtain detailed planning permission for a new primary house of 4800sq ft and three 4/5 bedroom 3000sq ft family homes with private access and gardens. Our role is to design and manage the entire process, including assistance with funding, with the aim of commencing construction in the Autumn of 2019.
